Ideagen launches global DEI strategy with immersive events
Ideagen has launched its global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, reinforcing its commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive environment where every voice is heard and valued.
This milestone was celebrated with immersive events across its worldwide locations, designed to bring the DEI strategy to life. The week-long occasion provided colleagues with an exciting opportunity to engage with the new strategic plans and understand their impact on shaping Ideagen's future and supporting its global community.

At the company’s Nottingham headquarters, the launch event featured interactive workshops, encouraging colleagues to collaborate, learn from one another, and engage in meaningful conversations on DEI-related topics.
Highlights from the day included keynote presentations from speakers who shared their experiences about pushing through boundaries and the importance of DEI advocacy.
Ritika Wadhwa, founder and CEO of Prabhaav Global, shared her story of breaking down barriers and highlighted the transformational power of cultural intelligence (CQ) in fostering leadership that champions inclusion and innovation into the heart of organizations.
In addition, Dr Amo Raju OBE DL spoke, detailing his incredible journey from the music industry to becoming a successful CEO and published author, and his status as a 'Disability Ambassador.' His inspiring story underscored the importance of inclusion, and the resilience needed to navigate life with a disability.
Ideagen also proudly united as a global community for the DEI strategy launch week, hosting a series of engaging events and conversations across its worldwide locations.
Colleagues from the US, Australia, India, Malaysia and remote team members came together both in-person and virtually to take part in a variety of DEI activities. These included insightful discussions and the sharing of personal journeys that highlighted the value of diverse perspectives across global teams.
